Hi Andrea. Keep in mind when looking at a bug report that you are getting an incredibly biased view of the effect of the bug, as few people are going to post in a bug report saying to say the bug does not affect them. This bug does not affect all Firefox users in Hardy across the board. In some cases the only way to catch bugs like this is to release the package; if more people tested our Alphas and Betas perhaps more issues like this could get resolved earlier. I and many others have been using Hardy for months in Alpha and Beta and I had not heard of this bug until release, and it certainly does not apply to my install. Just something for you to think about that I hope is useful. Thanks for your comment, and thanks for using Ubuntu! As others have said, Mozilla is aware of this bug and it should be resolved in a timely manner.
