NO PROBLEM EXISTS. I don't know why my experience was different yesterday, but I asked for 'nightly' Windows users at the Mozillazine "daily build" forum Thread to tell me what they saw on their boxen... and urlcalssifier3.sqlite *is* being updated properly, for both XP and Vista users (WildCatRay and LittleMutt, they're much more expert than I am at FireFox bug testing.) So we're all done here, and all done with 402469 :)

When RC1 is created, I'll update my wife's *PRODUCTION* FF2 system and double-check to see what occurs there. She's on Windows exclusively.
