Whether we can call it "flash video". Probably it is silverlight or
something.

I also checked the site with Windows Vista 32-bit, using Firefox 3.5.9,
Google Chrome 5.0, and Internet Explorer 8.0

Flash/Silverlight/whatever-it-is video, doesn't work with them too.

Messy site.
