This happened because gcalctool was downgraded to 2.28, and the template is from 2.30. In theory, the template was uploaded before the freeze (I even tested it!), and it should be in the langpack... but this is just the theory :(. Currently, in Lucid the template has 267 stings, in Gnome 2.30 it has 269, in Gnome 2.28 452.
