"Ubuntu Help" -> "Ubuntu help" change causes it displays untranslated

Bug Description
The Jaunty start page in http://
https:/
So "Ubuntu help" shows untranslated, and can't be translated because the Launchpad template is outdated.
Please, update the Launchpad template for proper translation, or revert the "Ubuntu Help" -> "Ubuntu help" change in the web page.

Hm... this problem was fixed before the update.

Maybe Mathew did not used the latest revision when uploading the files.
Anyway, it should be fixed at the next update.
