File manager is cutting through the icons

Bug Description

Build Version/Date: 20080527 menlow
Environment used for testing: Xephyr

Summary: The icons at the bottom of file manager are cut through making it hard to see.

Steps to Reproduce: Open File manager look at the icons along the bottom

Expected result: See all of the icons in their whole

Actual result: Icons are cut through see image below

lool can you take a look at removing the top bar which just contains the go button as it is that, that we think is causing the bug here by cutting through the icons below it.

Please see Bug #237736 as a different solution to this issue. Kind of a cure the disease by killing the patient, but well...... :-)
