ubottu should ask several questions of every new person in the channel:
what version of ubuntu? what architecture? what general area does the problem pertain to?
say, 9.04, x64, flash. then they get redirected to #ubuntu-64-flash or some such thing.
...although in Nebraska I'm trying to pull support into our LoCo channel. That brainstorm comment form also has some good ideas I think.
