Bug Description
From bug 147186.
Exporting translations from Launchpad results in wrong paths on some files: we store the POFile.path on import, and generate it when new PO file is created through LP, and then use that blindly when exporting PO files. That is most often wrong and we should just put all PO files under language codes in the same directory as POT files.

This is just because the code is not checking that we only export Translation Templates that are active
