Just caught another issue. While the pae kernel is being installed. The linux-headers-*-generic-pae are NOT being installed. The package is on the DVD.

The linux-headers-*-generic are being installed should not be.

The issue here is dkms packages will fail to build without the proper header package installed. I'll file another bug if needed.
