Comment 84 for bug 160311

Although late I want to pin my name to the list of users who think that resizing windows by grabbing the (any) boarder does turn out the be impractical.
With a 1680x1050 native resolution in my notebook I had this problem since feisty.

I second that the resize handle should be independent of the visual boarder
