Seth, when you say 'Fix Released', does this mean that in System Settings there is now a means (using GUI tools only) for the user to modify the border width?

Anything less than that is, to my mind, not a 'fix'. And I suspect many others with hand/eye coordination problems would agree it's not a fix. Ubuntu has traditionally aimed at inclusiveness, it should be striving to meet the needs of many, not just young people who are fortunate to have full health. Making the border width easily modifiable would be a step towards making it more inclusive.
