This bug is going to be ignored unless you can get someone to revert the "fix released" status. I've contacted some of the people who set that status on this bug, and I suggest that others do the same.

Personally I have no stake in this any more, since I ditched Ubuntu proper and have been using derivatives such as Xubuntu, Mint and XMBCBuntu that do not use Unity.
