btw, the fastest way to add the backend to /etc/hosts is this line:
sudo echo 88.191.101.8 packages.medibuntu.org >> /etc/hosts
Be sure to write TWO '>' signs, otherwise the command overwrites all of your current /etc/hosts! Just copy the above line to a terminal window.
