Bug Description
Launchpad is starting to get used more, Sturgeon's Revelation is exerting itself, and we're starting to get people registering bug trackers that don't exist or aren't being used. (Current examples include "The Fatal Network Bug Tracker" and "Phi Bug Tracker".)

I don't see anywhere in MET that mentions deleting BT's, but yes, I agree that humans make mistakes (even aliens make mistakes) and Malone does very little to accomodate that.
