You should be able to tell what is generating a particular error page
by looking at the contents of the document and maybe headers - a
Launchpad error page contains different text to an Apache error page
contains different text to a HAProxy error page contains different
text to a Squid error page. We could log this is a debug mode, or
perhaps even extend launchpadlib to be able to report where the error
came from since it is designed to work against our web service.
We should be graphing errors from HAProxy and send nagios alerts - if
the appservers are not able to provide enough throughput we need to
know about it.
