Hello. Maybe it's too late, but I'm wondering: why can't anyone delete bugtasks except bug supervisors for a specific project?

Consider the following two use cases:

1. I accidentally added a project and want to revert the mistake;
2. I want to "cleanup" a bug which affects too many uneeded bugtasks.

Both use cases are pretty common in my experience.
