Thank you. Your answer fixed my problem. This was the missing link.

I did not realize that the documentation was considered a product (perhaps
you put a hint on the home page. There I followed the link bugs - and found
no hint for documentation.

I hope you can see a way to improve this.

Andrew, Launchpad hosts many projects, not just Ubuntu, and even Ubuntu has
many many subprojects, documentation being just one of them.
However, it's likely that maintainers of software in Launchpad (including
Ubuntu) haven't thought much about how to use it to attract contributors
like yourself.

Can you give the URL of a page where you'd expect to find information about
contributing to the documentation? Did you find
