Change this requirement. Drop the referrer need.

Improve! I have not brought more than 10 contributors I personally know just because of this silly requirement that no other similar system with USABILITY priorities has. And probably the number of "will not contribute people" will increase in a few hours, just because of this "white need" that does not really help the community.
