Comment 2 for bug 5575

We really _need_ a name for the branch, which has to be unique for a
given owner and product. However, the whole system is designed so
branches are easy to rename.

I guess the step of the branch URL (if provided) could be used as a
default name, and it could be disambiguated by appending a number if
there is already a branch by that $owner/$product/$name.

For example the default name of
http://panoramicfeedback.com/opensource/bzr/bzrtools
would be "bzrtools". Then bzrtools-1, bzrtools-2.
