Comment 4 for bug 538028

I looked at this issue for 3 hours without success. The crux of the issue seems to be caused by the floated logo. I explored several css and markup approaches to keep the control bound a the same position as the heading. All failed. I need a better understanding of CSS, or need to consider changing the header markup to so that there is less /positioning/ going on.
