I had a closer look at this. The Gina logs show no error and the local mirror of Debian is fine.

However, the sid/main/source/Sources.gz has got clxclient in it twice, once for 3.6.1-1.1 and once for 3.6.1-1

I guess gina just takes the second one. I'm not sure that this is valid in Sources is it?
