These DisconnectionErrors cause the transaction to be retried, but as Stuart explained in <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-foundations/+bug/427990/comments/4>, we now log a soft (Informational) OOPS (meaning we don't fail the request) for DisconnectionErrors, so it's kind of expected to see them if the database was in recovery mode. The only problem is that none of the OOPSes there seem to be soft.
