Of course you have a history log in darcs, otherwise how would it be useful to track changes? If you execute 'darcs changes' you get a complete changelog. There are even options that show what files have been modified/
Darcs also works with changesets so translating each changeset to tla or bazaar format shouldn't prove too difficult.
