I think that that pattern would be a reasonable compromise; certainly
a nicer experience than the 404's. We need to make sure we don't leak
data like we did before we tightened up the access rules and removed
the removeSecurityProxy special casing that traversal was doing.
I don't think we should show the title, because we cannot know if it
is an apport title or if the user helpfully put their phone number in
it.
That should make it safe to be a dupe of a proprietary bug too.
