Comment 18 for bug 434733

Stating there is or is not a private bug violates the existing rule that private aretfacts do not exist for non-privileged users. One could argue that the bug though is compromised. It has been placed in a public relationship (duplicate) and and the id may be known and nothing more.

I think the proper fix for this bug is bug 777797. I want to close this bug when the 404 and 403 page text is updated.
