This happens because the address you're trying to add is associated with
an existing SSO-only account, and the code (wrongly) expects that
account to have a person associated with.
To workaround it you can recover the password for the SSO account
associated with g.n@c.c on login.launchpad.net and use those credentials
to log into LP. After that you'll be able to merge these two accounts
into a single one. (It should be possible to do that without having to
log into LP with the SSO-only account, but currently it isn't)
