The way I'd prefer us to fix this is to have links take you only to a
page listing only those pofiles needing review. I.e. if it's for a
product, it should take you to something like
https://translations.launchpad.net/product/trunk/+lang/ro/?show=needsreview

This is something I expect us to work on in the short term.
