Comment 2 for bug 37926

One of these days I reported a bug on orkut.com and they don't have a public bug tracker.

What I found interesting about it was that after reporting the bug I got an email with something like:

"Thanks for you report.

Things that we are currently working on:
1. We're fixing this error.
2. handle this other stuff.
3. ...
4. ...
5. ... "

Basically a list of known problems and that they've been working on.
What do you guys think about it?
