The earlier intention here was to display this as part of a tool-tip for the heat indicator, which would display the actual heat value and an explanation of how it is derived. That idea has been shelved for now, so I've moved this bug out of story-bug-heat and back into story-bug-q-and-a (after discussion with Deryck).
