Comment 5 for bug 250820

Hello there!

I have made the requested changes (to the code) to make the upload notification emails more readable. An example notification email would look as follows:

Body:
-> changes file signed by: Foo Bar (<email address hidden>)
-> component=universe, section=devel

 bar (1.0-2) breezy; urgency=low

   * A second upload to ensure that binary overrides of _all work
   * Also closes Launchpad bug #6

Please note:

  - the 'X-Launchpad-Component' header is set/sent as requested
  - only the most recent stanza from the 'Changes:' section is extracted and emailed
