That looks pretty good to me.
A blank line between the changelog separator ("-- Ubuntu MOTU...") and the
Changed-By field would improve readability.
"Ubuntu Linux" would presumably be the name of the distro instead (which is
just "Ubuntu" in Launchpad and elsewhere).
