Colin, as you saw last week, preserving multiple revisions of changelogs is on
the priority list for Soyuz in the work for 3.0 but is not a trivial change
unfortunately.

In the meantime, we're attaching the .changes file as per the previous
comments on this bug. This should hopefully let you see the info you need!
