Comment 27 for bug 250820

Hi,

personally I'm quite interested of what files an upload consists of (i.e. if there's an orig.tar.gz attached to it or not).

Others than that, I think adding a parser to library which everyone interested in fiddling with these new "changes" files can use sounds like a very good idea.
