Comment 18 for bug 250820

In case 3 above, when the requestor is not normally authorised to upload to the component into which the sync is imported, would it also be interesting to capture the person who authorised the sync (essentially, the sync sponsor)? Currently this is only captured in the bug report for the sync, but not exported anywhere.
