the point of needing to do an evaluation is because its *not* trivially obvious hat implementation of 'wiki' we need. I'm not going to try and do that right now, but I will try and provide a framework for doing such an evaluation:
 - cost of maintenance - code we run needs to either be solidly maintained upstream, or we need to maintain it in the LP team
 - ease of achieving our integration goals
 - performance
 - expected quality of result
