If you're planning to work on this yourself you don't strictly need to
block on LEP approval to start discussing the implementation, or even
working on the code.

At the moment there is nothing in LP that directly shows branch
content within the main web app; it only comes out through Loggerhead,
and through the code review stuff which is done in the background.
This is something we'd very much like to change, but it will need some
careful thought and discussion about how to do it in a safely fast
way.

We also need to decide whether to do this from the main webapp or a
separate process.

I would suggest starting a list thread about the implementation, as
distinct from the LEP which gives the requirements.
