Still a problem in hardy, the delta between upstream translation (that should get imported) and Rosetta translation should not be this big:

Claims that packaged translation is "Synaptic Paketinhallinta", while the fi.po in the source package (apt-get source synaptic) has the same as "Current Finnish".

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/synaptic/+imports shows that a fi.po import for hardy has Failed.
