Still an issue.

I had to update my GPG key because it had expired but it then was not automatically synced with the Ubuntu keyserver. Therefore an upload to my PPA using dput failed silently.

Any notification anywhere with possibly saying that there was an issue with my key would have saved me a lot of time.
