That would be a good start. Concentrating on the translation focus is important, but ideally I think it should also show how the translation coverage for that package has changed over time in each language. For example, a package might be 84% translated into French in Hardy, 98% in Intrepid, 94% in Jaunty, 100% in Karmic. If translation coverage declines from one release to the next, that would be a useful sign that something needs changing.
