I agree it is needed, but no engineers are assigned to work on blueprints. No one can commit to working of this issue, thus it cannot be high. Low means it will be fixed when an engineers realises he can provide a fix while working on another issue.

Launchpad contributors have fixed some blueprints bugs. Someone may fix it because they really want this issue fixes. Anyone changing the listing will require a UI review, and I know the title issue will never pass--we want listing of bugs, blueprints, and answers to be consistent.
