dkms ADT is mostly NEUTRAL due to recent changes. linux-gcp ADT fail is due to autopkgtest package pinning, which is being addressed. When looking at snapd, lxc and systemd, though, systemd has a failure that shows a panic, which would be very concerning.

Looking at that panic, though, shows that it is due to linux-gcp having a CONFIG_SOFTLOCKUP_PANIC config set that other kernels don't have, and a softlockup does happen right before the panic. Unfortunately, not much more information on that lockup is given. When running systemd tests locally, no soft lockups happen. A previous systemd version ran on ADT against the same kernel and did not show any such lockups.
