reproduced with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22566 on OS X 10.5.8

happens only with the end-markers
- TriangleOut(S,M,L)
- Arrow1(S,M,L)End
but not with
- Arrow2(S,M,L)End
- and all other stock end-markers.
