@KoenigGunther - to the best of my knowledge this report has been fixed and did not return in later stable versions.

Possibly your SVG file has stroked faux-italic (or faux-bold) styled text, and in the exported PDF file the stroke outline and the filled text use different styles, similar to
- Bug #586028 “Italic text doesn't work with pdf export”
Underlying issue is tracked in:
- Bug #200899 in Inkscape: “Font style ignored in eps/pdf output”

If none of these match you issue, please file a new report, and attach sample SVG and PDF files to allow further investigation.
