- yes, that is definitely the same python.exe as I have. I did a file compare, fc, command on it.
- so if you go to the directory C:\Program Files\Inkscape\python and run python, what do you get?
I get

D:\Program Files\Inkscape\python>python
Python 2.5.1 (r251:54863, Apr 18 2007, 08:51:08) [MSC v.1310 32 bit (Intel)] on win32
