Comment 22 for bug 634003

I've spent a bit of time on this bug report, and other related ones. For instance the "Change colour after update completes" has many duplicates, but the actual colour changing itself in the dbus menu, the mechanism is fairly good, and in the future all that would need changing is the specification of the colour.

Yes it's hard coded right now, but can we even use symbolic colours right now? So, for now we should let these patches get applied, and later on we use the symbolic colours.
