I was able to capture the info requested for a GT-600 (200e with a motion sensor instead of bluetooth)

I only captured step 3 (clearing the device) as I had some problems with portmon saying it couldn't listen to the ports as it was conflicting. Hopefully this is enough to help you investigate the clearing of the memory issue. If you need another trace at a certain point of clearing the device just let me know and I'll get it for you.
