This can be very annoying when the user wants to select some files, since the icons are somehow "moving down".
IHMO, it is a real user-interaction bug :
* Bob opens the folder of a SD card with photos he took with his camera.
* His 100 photos are big and the support has slow performances, the thumbnails appear slowly.
* Bob wants to select the last 20 photos, and scrolls down.
* While he has now reached the bottom, he is about to draw a selection.
* More thumbnails are loading, he scrollbar goes up, the last files are not visible anymore.
