Marking papercut as fixed as well , since the difference between the 64 and 48px is just 8px on either side , which does not cause a problem of icons moving on loading images as previously. And increasing the general icon layout is not a simple task , it needs more changes to the layout in nautilus than what can be considered a simple task.
