This is not the case, reopening. No updates to gtk-gnutella have been issued for any release.

Again, gtk-gnutella 0.96.5 is the minimum required to work with the rest of the network. While this isn't a problem for Intrepid users such as myself, I'm sure at least Hardy still has a need for the backport.
