So there only seem to be two uses of FillPolygon in our code. This table border drawing code is one of them. The other one of them is checkmark drawing for non-themed checkboxes, i.e., the check mark in:

data:text/html,<input type='checkbox' checked style='-moz-appearance:none'>

However, that seems to work ok. So it seems like some FillPolygon calls work and some don't.
